Consumer Protection Board calls NETA to investigate after-sales service case of consumers not receiving after-sales service

1. The Consumer Protection Board has received the complaint in this case and has sent a letter to summon NETA Auto (Thailand) Co., Ltd. to give a statement and send supporting documents for consideration on 28 May 2025. NETA has sent a letter explaining the facts in various issues such as how many service centers are currently open for service, the total number of cars sold, guidelines for resolving the problem of delayed registration, guidelines for considering compensation for the loss of use of a car in cases where a claim is filed but a long time is required to wait for spare parts.
